According to the bylaws of the International Society for Electroporation-Based Technologies and Treatments, at the end of the 5th World Congress on Electroporation in Rome less than two weeks ago, the new president Emanuela Signori stepped into the office. Her address to the members and all of you reading the Newsletter is in the October issue of the Newsletter.
She concluded her address with these words, but we should perhaps start with them… ad meliora et maiora semper!
