The Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) has launched Public Call No. 16/2026 under the Postgraduate Student-Agreement Program (PEC-PG), offering fully funded Master's and PhD scholarships to citizens of eligible developing countries that maintain educational and cultural cooperation agreements with Brazil.
The Electroporation Research Group at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), one of Brazil's leading research universities, is actively recruiting outstanding international candidates to undertake cutting-edge research projects in electroporation. The group is affiliated with the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering (PPGEEL), which holds a CAPES 6 rating, recognizing it as a program of national excellence.
