Tissue disintegration processes in food, pharmaceutical,cosmetic and biotechnological industry for separation of  intracellular components, and the use of irreversible permeabilization, alone or in combination with other tissue disintegration methods to study mass transfer, extraction efficiency as wells as product quality.
